Do you know when to use capital letters and full stops in your writing?

Let’s look at capital letters first.

Capital letters We use capital letters to start sentences. My name is Paul. We also use capital letters at the start of names. My name is Paul. And we always use capital letters for I. I am a boy.

Example This is Sally. I am eight years old. Capital letters

Now we move on to full stops. We use full stops at the end of sentences. My name is Paul.

Example This is Sally. She is my friend. She is six years old. Full stops

Practice Take a look at some sentences. What is wrong with them?
