Sebembere Mine Developed by Geomin in 1970’s –completed a 10,700 drill program – completed a feasibility study. Historic Estimate of 16.3 m/t @1.61% Cu. Geological Structure is Sebembere Syncline. Exploratory shaft to 37 meters. Potential for oxide cap. Located 21km north west of Kabwe, Zambia.

Other ICS Assets. ICS will earn 76% interest in the Musoshi Tailings- DRC- in JV with MMK. ICS has a 73.5% interest in Bayombwe Concession -DRC(PR7248). ICS has 73.5% interest in 2 “gold” concessions (PR 599 and PR 600) approx 60 sq kms) near Sakania District, Kipushia, DRC.
