Reflection

“The only thing of real importance that leaders do is to create and manage cultures and the unique talent of leaders is their ability to understand and work with culture. If one wishes to distinguish leadership from management or administration, one can argue that leaders create and change cultures, while managers and administrators live within them.” Edgar Schein

Beliefs are powerful because they represent the core understandings about capacity, responsibility and success.

Cultural Network: The informal network within an organization is often where the most important information is learned.

Climate
