Keep a file of interesting information you find about managers or managing. In your own words, write down three things you learned in this chapter about being a good manager. If you’re involved in student organizations, volunteer for leadership roles or for projects where you can practice planning, organizing, leading, and controlling different projects and activities. You can also gain valuable experience by taking a leadership role in class team projects.
