SGA Accomplishments December 2014 – August 2015

January 2015 – Provided students better accommodations due to water shortage in the dorm January 2015 – 25% discount (January Rent) for dorm residents affected by the water shortage February 2015 – Valentines day event February 2015 – Helped soccer club with memberships March 2015 – Workshop on how to recycle? March 2015 – Extended IT hours for assistance for evening classes Game night – Monthly event

May 2015 – Black and white party May 2015 – Participated at the graduation ceremony June 2015 – Petition for parking lot cost for (fall semester and the rest of academic calendar year) to be reduced from a $100 to $75, when originally $50 yearly. Petition approved June 2015 – In collaboration with World Trade Center Denver for upcoming events for 2015-16 July 2015 – Cultural Shock Event ( Welcome to America )

Accomplished By SGA in less than a year!!! July 2015 – Petition and got attendance removed from the “Merit base scholarship” for Degree Students August 2015 – Summer Splash Party SGA Meetings – Got staff involved in our weekly meetings in order to discuss about the various issues that students encounter Accomplished By SGA in less than a year!!!
