RSI Reform Principles Retirement should be safe and secure Benefits and costs should be fair, sustainable and predictable  Benefits should be funded as they are earned; incentives to underfund commitments should be eliminated  Unfunded liabilities should be paid down Management should be open, transparent and non-political No single solution will work everywhere
