342 TXNS were executed including Fannin. 28 people escaped. Houston ordered Fannin to burn down La Bahia & throw the supplies in the river. Treaty of Velasco Secret Treaty MX would recognize TX as a free nation. MX and TX agreed the Rio Grande would be the border. MX later refuses to accept this treaty because Santa Anna was being held as a prisoner at the time.
