Figure 1 LMP2A Expression in Eμ-LMP2A Mice (A) Immunoblot of LMP2A expression in trangenic spleen samples. (B) RT-PCR analysis of LMP2A expression in mouse bone marrow samples. cDNA was prepared from two independent bone marrow samples of each mouse genotype indicated in the presence (+) or absence (-) of reverse transcriptase. cDNA was subjected to PCR using either LMP2A or beta-2 microglobulin (β2m)-specific primers. The amplified LMP2A-specific PCR products were visualized using 32P radiolabeled oligonucleotide OL115. β2m-specific PCR products were visualized by ethidium bromide staining and LMP2A immunoblots were performed as previously described (Fruehling et al. 1996).
