The Resting Bow of God Genesis 9:8–17

Psalm 7:12-13 If a man does not repent, God will whet his sword; he has bent and readied his bow; he has prepared for him his deadly weapons, making his arrows fiery shafts.

Genesis 9:12-17 And God said, “This is the sign of the covenant that I make between me and you and every living creature that is with you, for all future generations:

Genesis 9:12-17 I have set my bow in the cloud, and it shall be a sign of the covenant between me and the earth.
