Tips for success for the writing assignment Start dividing work today. You got a month to finish this assignment. By next week each member should finish their research. Next week each group member should be assigned tasks. DISCUSS, DISCUSS, DISCUSS. Write your papers and submit them to me early, I will give you constructive criticism as needed. One person should volunteer to collect all the written parts and put them together into a final paper. Expect to write 2 drafts before the final paper is completed.

Tips for success for the presentation Have a good powerpoint! Introduce all the group members. Speak for 10 minutes, answer questions for 5. Dress Well!! Practice, practice, practice. Ask your fellow group members for pointers. Be confidant, you are in class where everyone wants to see you succeed.

Final Thoughts Remember both the paper and the presentation will make you more confidant students. You are here to learn and the skills you will gain are skills that will never be forgotten. DON’T wait till the last minute. Research your topic thoroughly. Every single one of you should be experts of your topic at the end of the 4 weeks. I am here to help, ask me questions, ask me for advice, I will help you succeed.

Best of Luck!
