Aztec Schools The Aztec children that were in the noble class attended a school called a calmecac The boys and girls went to different schools they learned different skills in religion and their history When the boys turned fifteen they were either sent to a calmecac or cucicalli. The girls were mostly taught at home where they began to spin when they were four years and then cooking at twelve years old. Aztec Music When a child was sent to school, music and the playing of instruments was an important subject to be learned Students between 12 and 15 would learn songs
