Sap Consultancy Case Studies CASE STUDY (20 Marks) Good Sports manufacturing is a firm that has four production plants good sports is engaged primarily in the manufacture of athletic wear the head quarters & administrative offices of the firm are located adjacent to one of four plants the distribution centre is a also at the same location two other plants are located in the same location two other plants are located in the same town as the headquarters while the fourth plant is located about 60 miles away two plants produce primarily shorts and warm up suits, & two produce T Shirts. The production from all plants is sent to the firms distribution center for shipping to retailers.
