A time to plant, and a time to uproot what is planted. Gen. 8:22

A time to kill, and a time to heal. Capital punishment and war time. Deut. 21:18-21; Lev. 20:1-2 & 13; Gen. 9:6; Rom. 13:1-5. David has the murderers of Sauls son Ish-bosheth executed. 2 Sam. 4:1-12. A time to heal – post war healing etc., loss of loved ones.
