Obverse of the coin The obverse of the coin features a stylised image of a church in the upper gold-plated part of the coin; underneath it, the year of issue ‘2016’ and the nominal value ‘10 ЛЕВА’ (10 levs); in circumference, the inscription ‘БЪЛГАРСКА НАРОДНА БАНКА’ (Bulgarian National Bank); at the bottom, the BNB logo with the year ‘1879’ on the strip.
Reverse of the coin The reverse of the coin features a canonical image of ‘St. Kliment Ohridski’ and the inscription ‘СВ. КЛИМЕНТ ОХРИДСКИ’ (St. Kliment Ohridski).
