Accordingly, you are called upon through this first notice U/s 15 of the Financial Institution (Recovery of Finances) Ordinance 2001 to pay the outstanding amount of Rs. ____________/- within 14 days from the date of receipt of this 1 st Notice otherwise right of satisfying dues/outstanding by open auction will be resorted by our client. It is also pertinent to point out that the remedies provided under the provision of Section 15, of the Financial Institutions (Recovery of Finances) Ordinance 2001, are in addition to other remedies and rights available to our client.
