Could you direct me to the Information Desk, please? How can I get to the Discharge Department, please? Is this the right way to the ER?

Operating Room: Is there an Operating Room near here? Receptionist: Yes. There’s one on the 3rd floor. It’s right across from the the ICU (Intensive Care Unit).
