There are a lot of papers that get sent home as well as homework at least once or twice a week. Behavior calendars are sent home daily and will let you know how your child’s day went. If they have a purple day they went above and beyond to be prepared to learn. If they have a green day they were ready to learn all day. If they have a yellow day they received a warning that day and if they have a red day I will make parent contact. If your child has a yellow day they still had a good day they just needed some reminders of the rules. If your student has a yellow or red day there will be a note on the calendar explaining why. *If your student checks out a library book they are due the next time we have library. They may keep them at home until that time or they can bring them back to school and leave them in their desks. * I am looking forward to another great year at Otterville. We do not have school on Friday, September 2nd or Monday, September 5th. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to email me.
