KIRKLAND & BLENCARN VILLAGE HALL Playground Appeal In the Village Hall playground, there is currently a pair of swings. The Village Hall is running a project to add a slide, basket swing, small rocker and a twizzle pole, at a total cost of £14,500. We are currently engaged in securing grant aid for approx £11,500 and are also starting to raise the remaining £3,000.
