SOME FESTIVALS IN THE BASQUE COUNTRY AMABIRJIÑAK

This festival is celebrated in Zestoa. The festival is for four days.

SOME FESTIVALS IN THE BASQUE COUNTRY In this festival there are bulls. There isn’t bullring in Zestoa, so they built one for this festival, but the bullring is different from the others, because this is rectangular.

SOME FESTIVALS IN THE BASQUE COUNTRY In this festival put young bulls on the beach, because in Zumaia there isn’t any bulllring.

SOME FESTIVALS IN THE BASQUE COUNTRY During the mornig there are giants and long heads. During the day there are groups called “txaranga”, who play music to animated the festival. Town people, dance tradisional songs in the square.

SOME FESTIVALS IN THE BASQUE COUNTRY Zumaia, is near the sea. This festival is dedicated to Zumaia’s old fishers, so they celebrated it eating tradisional fish and people dress up as old fishers.
