Western Electricity Coordinating Council Further Examination Question 8: When notified of communications received from governmental or regulatory agencies related to alleged violations or areas of non-compliance, and recommendations from such monitoring activities, the Board oversees the processes developed to address such deficiencies and ensures the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) implements appropriate changes to remedy any identified problems to an approved schedule.
