Anger Control Training New component Skillstreaming Skills in Place of Aggression The skills you have been learning throughout this program are now going to be combined with the Anger Control Cycle. Between Thinking Ahead and Self-Evaluation, exit the Anger Control Cycle to put a Skillstreaming Skill into practice.
