Westhill Academy Improvement Priorities 2017-2018: Contexts for Improvement Aberdeenshire Priorities: to develop excellence and equity; to embed the principles of GIRFEC (Getting it Right for Every Child); to provide support in developing inclusive, vibrant and healthy communities.
