FFA Overview Neutrality agreement coming in effect October 15, 2017 FFA provides a process to achieve a legal Collective Agreement, that spells out wages, benefits, working conditions and many other relevant workplace matters. - Magna and Unifor have built an effective working relationship in Magna’s Unifor- represented workplaces unifor.org
FFA Overview FFA model respects the rights of workers to job security and representation and employers need for continuous innovation and efficiency. FFA provided for certification if a majority of affected employees in a given workplace approve collective agreement by secret ballot vote unifor.org
