Youth in Group Home and CRCs Re-Entry Analysis for Custody Episodes Ending Between 1/1/2010-12/31/2015 24.87% of youth who were last placed in a CRC re-entered agency custody within a year 24.02% of youth in group homes re-entered agency custody within a year 8.38% of youth last placed with relatives re-entered care within a year 16.64% of youth last placed in foster care re-entered within a year.
