Case 3: failed PK graft (E) and clear graft 1 year after n-DSAEK in the right eye (F). Arrows indicated the edges of the lenticules. Anterior segment optical coherence tomography showed lenticlue well attached to the PK graft and the central corneal thickness of the PK graft decreased from 820 μm preoperatively (G) to 552 μm postoperatively (H) in case 5.
