Purified mouse splenic B cells were stimulated with LPS (1 µg/ml) and red ginseng extracts (RGE1 and RGE2; each 200 µg/ml). (A) After 2, 3 and 4 days of culture, cell proliferation (OD) was measured using an EZ-Cytox cell viability assay. Data are averages of two independent experiments with ranges (bars).
