The Wrong Teachers Matthew 7:15-21 “watch out for false prophets…by their fruit you will recognize them.” Popular does not mean accurate

The Wrong Idea Matthew 7:21-23 “Not everyone who says to me ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. Many wull say to me on that day we… ‘did we not prophesy, drive out demons and perform many miracles in your name?’… The outside appearance is not paramount to the inner desire to do God’s will.

The Wrong Foundation Matthew 7:24-27 “…but everyone who hears these words of mine and does not put them into practice is like a foolish man who built his house on sand.” We ignore Christ at our own risk.

The Right Authority Matthew 7:28-29 “When Jesus has finished saying these things, the crowds were amazed at his teaching, because he taught as one who had authority, and not as their teachers of the law.” Without citing scripture Jesus taught of the Age to Come using the authority provided to him by directly the Father.
