Trapezoids One pair of parallel sides. (called Base) Non parallel sides are called Legs. Isosceles trapezoid = congruent legs, congruent base angles, congruent diagonals.

Kites Quadrilateral with exactly 2 pairs of consecutive congruent sides. Opposite sides are NOT parallel. Diagonals are perpendicular. Exactly one pair of opposite angles is congruent.

Classwork Determine whether QRST is a rhombus, a rectangle, or a square. List all that apply and explain. #1 - Q(3,5), R(3,10), S(-1,1), T(-1,5) #2 - Q(-5,12), R(5,12), S(-1,4), T(-11,4)
