General Info (At a glance) Total budget: 7.593.432€ Deadline:30/11/2012 16:00 local time at the latest Priorities & Measures: All areas of intervention Minimum & Maximum PP :At least one partner from each country-no more than 5 Project size: 150.000€-600.000€ Project Duration: Maximum 24 months

How to develop a project proposal (Do you have what it takes?!!) Do you have an idea for a cross border project? Do you have a specific idea which can be translated into objectives and activities? Have you involved key stakeholders? Do you have sufficient time for preparation that will turn ideas into well developed projects?

Partnerships & eligible partners min2<max 5partners At least one partner from each country from the Programme area eligible & adjacent One Overall Lead Partner/Two Lead Partners (established and accredited under an instrument governed by the internal law of the respective country for at least 12 months ) Cooperation in one of the following ways: Joint development Joint implementation Joint staffing Joint financing

Partnerships & eligible partners (2) 3 types of partners national, regional or local public authorities; bodies governed by public law (must be operational for at least 12 months) private organizations Branches: Bodies governed by public law or private organisations participating through a branch must be operational for at least 12 months

Project Budget & Project Duration Minimum project budget: 150.000€ Maximum project budget :600.000€ Minimum budget per project partner: Not lower than 50.000€ The total amount of funding for the Greek Project Partners or the Albanian Project Partners respectively should not overcome 55% of the project’s total budget. Project Duration Maximum duration of a project proposal: 24 months

Answers shall be agreed by both contracting authorities and shall be published at the above sites no later than 11 days before the deadline for the submission of proposals
