The Problem….

New study says…. almost one in five American four-year- olds is obese. This rate is quite alarmingly - higher among American Indian children, with nearly a third of them obese. more than half a million four-year-olds are confirmed obese Obesity is more common in Hispanic and black youngsters

Some burning fat tips that Yo Naturals suggests to fight obesity in all ages: The solution…

Steps to Burn Fat: In controlling weight, fat is not as important as calories. Ensure that instead of Trans and saturated fats you take healthy polysaturated and monosaturated fats.

Step # 2 Avoid processed food and stick to natural food with little added chemicals.

Step 4 and 5 Eat more but in interval. Instead of taking 3 full meals a day it is better for you to break these meals into 6 mini meals. This would gear-up metabolism to burn the fat. Try to consume protein. Just remember to take good quality of protein like fish, poultry and lean meat.

Step 6 and 7 Try to control soda intake, instead take lots of fresh fruit juices, vegetable juices and water. Water helps in weight control so take lots of it.

Step 10 and 11 Completely say no to fast foods and stick to homemade food. Minimize your intake of hydrogenated fats.

Step 12 Exercise regularly to maintain your weight and to burn the fats before being accumulated in your body.

Step 13 Do not starve yourself but change your diet to a healthy one.
