Computer Bunker Training Most classrooms contain a bunker equipped with a computer with an integrated DVD player and an ELMO for your use.

To Find the Computer & Hardware

Monitor Panel Monitor Please push down on the back to make the lid come up. Be careful not to get your fingers caught in the opening.

Touch Screen Monitor, Touch Panel, Keyboard, and Mouse

Computer The computer is inside the cabinet and it has the DVD player integrated.

Cable Cubby Tray These are the Laptop connections* USB* Plug Video Out HDMI Internet Connection Sound *Exception: USB connection in cable cubby tray is a connection to dedicated PC.

The Touch Panel Press begin on LCD Screen turns on displays. Selecting any source button (PC, Laptop, Auxiliary, or Doc Cam) will turn system on. Select “PC” to route dedicated PC to displays. Select “Laptop” to route laptop input in cable cubby tray to displays. Select “Auxiliary” to route HDMI input in cable cubby to displays. Select “Doc Cam” to route Doc Cam (“Elmo”) input to displays. Selecting “Mute” turns audio off to system. Press volume up or volume down to change source audio levels. Selecting volume up or down will “unmute” the system. Selection of “Display Off” activates a prompt on LCD Screen asking for confirmation. Press the button again to shut off system.

Logitech Wireless Presenter This works with Microsoft PowerPoint Logitech Wireless Presenter This works with Microsoft PowerPoint. It has a range of up to 15 meters, and has a built-in red laser pointer. It’s located in the drawer of the bunker. Please make sure to turn it off when you are through.

Logitech Wireless Presenter The presenter is tucked into the carrying case, and the receiver is stored in the presenter. To use: Take out the presenter of the carrying case. Take out the receiver of the presenter. Plug in the receiver in the USB port of your laptop or the one in the cable cubby tray if you will use the dedicated PC. Turn the presenter on. When the class is over, turn the presenter off, store the receiver in the presenter, tuck the presenter into the carrying case, and put them in the drawer. Receiver Presenter Carrying case

The ELMO (Electronic Light Modulated Overhead) is a High Resolution Digital Presenter.

Lift the lamp

Main control panel Press to turns on the lamp. Use these buttons to control the image brightness. This blue light should always be turn on. Zoom button – Turn to the left or right to control the size of an object.

Turn the lamp on and place an object on the document plate.

It will display on the LCD screen.
