Discussion and Conclusions From the data we can see that we lack to a considerable extant in comparison to others in applying for patents and obtaining patents. Out of such low level of applications, it is understood that about 85% of applications are from foreign Nationals.

Produce over 24,000 PhDs per year Still very much lagging in innovation output, Need to introspect and reach global standards?
