2 Corinthians 5:14-15 For Christ’s love compels us, since we have reached this conclusion: If One died for all, then all died. And He died for all so that those who live should no longer live for themselves, but for the One who died for them and was raised.
2 Corinthians 5:14-15 Christ’s love for us compels us (motivates us) to follow Him, because we believe this: He showed His love by dying for us and our sin. With our sins forgiven we have “died” to our old way of living. The reason Jesus died was so that those who now have life (i.e., Christians), should no longer live for themselves, but for Jesus who died and rose for them.
When we really see and recognize the magnitude of Christ’s love, we’ll want to follow Him.
Romans 5:8-9 But God proves his own love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us! Much more, then, since we have not been declared righteous by His blood, we will be saved through Him from wrath.

The Love of God Verse 1: The love of God is greater far than tongue or pen can ever tell; it goes beyond the highest star, and reaches to the lowest hell. Zephaniah 3:17 The LORD your God is among you, He is mighty to save. He will take great delight in you, He will quiet you with His love, He will rejoice over you with singing.

When I Survey the Wondrous Cross Were the whole realm of nature mine, that were a present far too small; Love so amazing, do divine, demands my soul, my life, my all.
