Different Types of Coaxial Cable

Coaxial cable is a cylindrical cable that is composed of an inner core, insulator, shield and outer cover. It is commonly used to connect antennas with radio transmitters and receivers for cable internet connections, cable television distribution systems, etc. Coaxial cables vary in design according to their end use. RG-6 Coaxial Cable Most common type of coaxial cable Used in the cable television industry Made with copper clad steel (CCS) or with a bare solid copper (BC) center Has a Han 18 AWG (American Wire Gauge) center and 75 ohms impedance
