Soils The hearers Good Ground – Rich, deep Hearers Honest and sincere Bears Fruit 100, 60, 30 fold

Battle for Human Heart Wayside Rocky Thorny Good Does not receive word Obeys but heart is hard Conquered by trials Fruitful receiver of word

Parable of the Soils Applies all through life Wayside – reject truth Stony – lose our faith Thorny – interested in life here Good -- faithful “Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.” Col. 3:2
