Changes in PLC and Peer Coaching MSP Math and Science Master Teacher Job Description The duties and responsibilities of all Math and Science Master Teachers include but are not limited to: Providing hands-on mentoring to peers Helping individual schools reach learning objectives throughout the school year Gathering curriculum resources for colleagues Modeling and/or team teaching best practices Crafting conversations with colleagues in order to encourage buy-in to new practices and procedures Gathering evidence from classroom observations Providing feedback from observations and through coaching Pushing great practice and best practice usage and implementation
