DAML Enables Semantic Integration of C2 Tools Data product description languages Integration process (query driven) Situation analysis Engagement control Target ID and Tracking Visualizer Elevations Features LoCs Friendly Forces Enemy Forces Weather Common Reference Database Counter Camouflage Concealment and Deception The Counter CC&D program is designing, fabricating, integrating and testing a dual band UHF/VHF Foliage Penetration SAR system that will be 90% form fit and function compatible with Global Hawk. The dual band FOPEN SAR permits VHF target screening and change detection to locate targets under foliage and UHF polarimetric discrimination to mitigate false alarms from clutter. This system conducted its first successful data collection in FY01. During Fyo2 the system is being extensively flight tested against foreign military targets in various types of foliage, against concealed SAM sites and against surrogate drug labs. Effort ends in FY02. Current plan transitions control of this sensor system to the USAF in FY03. Ground Station
