Fig. 1 (a)EUS (15 mm) and (b)CT (16.5 mm) image of a cystic lesion with nodule and communication with the main duct which was dilated to 8 mm. Mucinous aspirate with atypia on cytology. At resection, histology reported a 10 mm IPMN of mixed gastric foveolar/intestinal type with areas of intermediate dysplasia and focal high grade dysplasia.
