FIGURE 1 Mean of percentage of change in the Dsb after the CPT studied during 45 min for each population. Changes are shown in the percentage of the baseline value. The shaded area represents the mean change in the Dsb observed in normal control subjects in relation to the CPT. The decrease in Dsb value is significant at 15 min for primary RP (p<0.04) and at 45 min for secondary RP (p<0.001). The whole group of patients with RP shows a significant decrease both at 15 and 45 min (p≤0.05) after the CPT. FIGURE 2 Individual percentage of change in the Dsb after the CPT studied during 45 min for patients demonstrating clinical RP, according to the clinical aspect assessed at five minutes, pallor or erythematous phase. At 5 min, we observe a clear decrease and increase of Dsb values in, respectively, the first and second population mentioned in Figure 1.
