Safety matters needing attention 1. Electric cabinet voltage scope of work for 200 v - 240 v. 2. To avoid interference signal influence please away from high frequency electric machine. 3. Ensure good workplace ground. 4. Don't work under conditions of high humidity. 5. Debugging equipment please don't charged pull plug. 6. Maintenance control as far as possible when avoid charged maintenance. Do these measures can effectively guarantee the machine service life and ensure the personal safety of the staff.

工装的使用说明 2Pin CT201 CT202 3Pin U10 3Pin C22、C13、C11 4Pin 5v 27v

The main test point parameters 1.4 Pin plug right between 1 and 2 of the voltage for 27 v; 3, 4 to 5 v voltage between. 2. C22, C13, that is the sky, the voltage across the C11 are 15 v. 3. U10 1, 3 feet voltage is 15 v. 4. U4 3, 4 feet for between 5 v; U8 1 to 5 V feet to voltage of 1.1 V. 5. CT201, CT202 seven feet to 5 V to voltage of 2.5 V.

Common breakdown maintenance instructions 1. No electric 1. The motherboard 5 v battery; Measuring D16 whether breakdown, it will be removed after D16 position measurement is breakdown, so for U103 damage, or for D16 damage. Also can use tooling measurement D16 whether at both ends for 5 v. U103 3. No ac voltage input; Check the fuse, switch is good. Labor BD1 loading measurement of 2, 3 input AC voltage is. D16 2.15 v power supply without; Labor loading measurement U13 seven feet to c is No 0.8 V, or for U13 bad. Fuse seat U13

3.E131:Hardware flow 1.CT201 or CT202 seven feet output is 2.5 V, otherwise the element damage 2. U10 feet 2 to 5 v output voltage is 5 v, or for bad CT201 U10 CT202

2.E101:Hardware flow 1. Measuring Q2 Q7-1 and 3 feet is basic same, probably for about 600. Q2-Q7 2. CT201 or CT202 seven feet to 5 V output is 2.5 V, otherwise the element damage CT201 CT202

4.E111E112orE121E122:Overpressure or undervoltage DB1 1. The overpressure: U15 damage or adjustable VR1. 2. Undervoltage: usually D13 U15, damage or adjustable VR1. Standard voltage to DB1 1, 4 feet output voltage shall prevail. VR1 U15 D13 Also can adjust parameters of 91 items, standard voltage to DB1 1, 4 feet output voltage shall prevail.

5.E113:Brake circuit fault Measuring the 25th 1 and 3 feet resistance for 650 or so, Will it off and then measuring the 25th position still for this Value is the word of the Lord as cement resistance bad, Otherwise for the 25th or U208 damage or for U15 damage. Check the cement resistance for damage. Q1 U208 U15

6.P.OFF:Shutdown mode Motherboard not receiving to boot signal is usually U9, R39 or U15 damage. After electrify measurement U9 3 feet on whether for 4.7 V, or for U9 damage. R39 U9 U15

8.E021 Motor stall, measuring Q2 Q7-1 and 3 feet is basic same, probably for about 600. Partial was corresponding to the bottom of the resistance is damaged, too small for the components or U1 damage. May also be for D2, D3, D4 damage. Q2-Q7 U1

4.E151、E152 Electromagnet fault Check the reverse sewing Dial the line Shear line Carry presser foot Loop. Dial the line Shear line Carry presser foot

5. No electromagnet function Check down sewing, dial the line and cut the line, "presser foot magnet circuit. E900 for trial end time, adjust the 81 parameter is zero.
