Five Things Props Paper Chase Sound Effects Yes And... Sherlock Holmes Observation Five Things Props Paper Chase Sound Effects Yes And... Sherlock Holmes

Scene to Music A silent scene is played, in which the characters` emotions are controlled by the music.

Five Things Each team will have five minutes to get one team member to guess five things. The teams may not use words but may use nonsense sounds and pantomime. The five things will be ridiculous things such as “teaching an elephant to tap dance”.

Props Description In this game the players need to come up with an original/funny use of a prop. They cannot use the prop the way it is supposed to be used for, obviously. Notes You could really use any object as if it were a cell phone, but that is not the idea of the exercise. Look at the object (or its parts) and see what inspires you. We once saw a player, given a chair, who turned into a prisoner. The back of the chair became the bars of this cell.

Paper Chase Members of the audience write lines from film, TV, songs or make up words Actors draw lines out of a hat When a bell rings, an actor pulls a line out of his/her pocket and reads it. Actors must make the line MAKE SENSE in the scene.

Living Scenery Two members of a team act a scene EVERYONE else in the scene becomes ALL the scenery in it, including furniture.

Sound Effects A scene is played, and one or more off-scene players provide all the sounds. Players on scene are allowed to speak, but cannot make other sounds. The idea is that the FX folks add to the scene, not merely support it.

Yes And… Excellent warm-up, and great introduction to Accepting . Pick a group activity, like throwing a party or organizing a picnic. One player starts, saying "Let`s ..." filling in what she wants to do. Then she starts actually doing what she said she wanted to do. A second player jumps in, saying "Let`s ..." do something else, to advance the group activity. Both players say "Yes, let`s do that" and start doing whatever suggested. Third player jumps in, suggests what to do, and again all players loudly agree to do it, and actually do it. Continue till everyone has suggested something

Sherlock Holmes One group member is given a person who died in a place with a thing He/She must act it out using sounds and nonsense sounds for his/her teammate When a minute has passed, he/she must die in the way the person did The teammate acts it out for the next teammate like “telephone”
