Key Events for Next Planning Cycle – proposed – merge activity for FY13 monitoring and FY14 planning Restructure PBC (one time – now) Map FY13 actions and objectives to owners’ annual goals (performance review process – now) Establish membership, charge, project plan/timeline for PBC14 (within next month) Conduct workshop on planning for members of PBC14 – mid-June SharePoint site and other communications devices – put these in place – continuous internal communications throughout cycle – mid-June Environmental scan and ULS SWOT analysis – PBC14 – July-August Future Search workshop? All staff. August-September?
