Introduction to MBTI (Myer’s-Briggs Type Indicator) MBTI is created by Isabel Briggs Myers and her mother, Katharine Briggs. Myers concluded there were four primary ways people differed from one another i.e. 2 Kinds of Mental Processes, 2 Kinds of Mental Orientations.
