What Can Pastors Do? Recognize that Christians in the marketplace can gain credible access to unreached people groups. Pray that God will raise up boys and girls, men and women to go through the marketplace. Become a catalyst for mobilizing Christian professionals in their congregation and community. Survey the professionals in their churches to see who they are as a church and how their members can be a part of the Great Commission. Identify, equip, train and support professionals who feel called and attached to a church planting team.
