Move to Student Finance means this posting will be reviewed and if necessary changes will be made before it’s posted online at www.jobs.nl.edu/hr. Click Submit

Reviewing Applications
To view an applicant in the system, after logging in, select Student Employment. Click on the ATEs tab in the blue section on the top of the page. Under the orange Actions dropdown, select “View Applicants”
To view applicant, you can also doubleclick on the Position Title.
Click on the Applicants tab.
You will see a list of all applicants.
Select the applicant you would like to hire and click “Start Hiring Proposal.”
Click the “Start Hiring Proposal” button
Review Employee Information, Position Details, Fund Information and Salary Information. Read the Supervisor Certification information, check the acknowledgement box and click the orange “next” button.
On the homepage, click the “Hiring Proposals” tab. Select the applicant you intend to hire.
Click on the Orange “Take Action on Hiring Proposal” link and move directly to “Approved”.
Submitting the hiring proposal informs the Federal Work-Study Coordinator who you intend to hire. The Coordinator will then send a congratulatory email to the newly hired student employee directing them online to complete all of the required hiring paperwork. Once newly hired student completes all required paperwork, the Federal Work-Study Coordinator will confirm with you and the student employee that they have been authorized to work. As a reminder, newly hired student employees cannot start working until they have been authorized to do so.
