WE VISITED THE ACROPOLIS AND THE MUSEUM A BIT GENERAL CULTURE: 1.The Acropolis in Athens: The Acropolis is located in Athens, Geece and is one of the most scared and impressives places that exists in the entire world. It was here where a large part of what we know about modern life today began. It has became one of the biggest World Heritages Sites. This splendid palace still persists, despite all it had suffer though as time goes by. The World Heritage Sites in Athens:

the high part of the city. In the beginning, it was used + The Acropolis is situated in the high part of the city. In the beginning, it was used used for the defense against attacks, but wih the passing of the time, it was converted into a site of celebrations.

Originally, it was dedicated to the Greek Gods Originally, it was dedicated to the Greek Gods. It arose as a part of age-old Olympic Games celebrated in Ancient Greek.There are facts that go back 6,000 years. To visit the Parthenon in the Acroplolis makes you feel as if you are part of Wertern world History.

A GOOD VIEW OF THE PARTHENON

2.Temple of Apollo at Delphi. It is the oldest sacred site in Greece. The Ancient Greeks belived that the world revilved around this temple.

3.The Erechtheion. The construction of the Erechtheion began in 421,B.C.during the truce of the Peace of Ficias, during the Peloponnesian war. It has a shrine dedicated to Athenea. In the southern part,you can find The Porch of the Caryatids, where there are six columns in the shape women. Each of columns is 230cm tall.

4.Propylaea. The first ever art gallery is in the north wing. It was the great entrance to the Acropolis.

6.Prandoseidon The Prandoseidon is a shire near the Erechtheion. This is where Athenea made an olive tree grow after her victory against Poseidon.

7.Theater of Dioysus The Theater of Dionysus is from the second half of 5th century B.C.The actors changed costumes in back part and the spectators watched the show in the open air.

We finished with an spectacular view of the Acropolis from the Temple of Olympian Zeus near Hadrian’s Arch
