 Salesforce is a cloud based CRM, which provide business solutions and automate the business processes through Salesforce cloud computing services.  Salesforce solutions are available for variety of business operations including marketing, sales, service management, community management, etc.  Salesforce services are available as SaaS (Software as a Service) and PaaS (Platform as a Service)

 Today Salesforce CRM is the first and most used cloud based CRM  Salesforce was founded by former Oracle executive Marc Benioff in March 1999  Headquarter of the company is in San Francisco  It is available in 16 international languages and more than 21 million subscribers all over the world.  Net worth of the company is more than 4.2 Billion Dollars

 Salesforce is a cloud based CRM and through its variey of clouds, it provides the service to its customers. It provides a number of tools to manage the services in the form of clouds, Following Salesforce clouds are available for the business operations:  Service Cloud  Sales Cloud  Wave Analytics  IOT Cloud  Community Cloud  Marketing Cloud  Apps and Programs

Salesforce Service Cloud is basically implemented to increase the productivity to attain or get better visibility, to reduce service cost and to manage the customer service related organizational operations.
