What are five things you learned from this project? The Value of the house Down payment Mortgage monthly payment Credit score Amount of interest paid

How will use this in your life after high school? You can learn the good and bad things from buying a house and a apartment with a good credit score.

If Mr. Graham and Mrs. Sitzes had one thing they hoped you took away from this project what would it be? Be careful with the decision you make it will help you out in the long run.

What is a credit score and how does it affect your life? (please refer to the car and home pages) Credit score reflects you on your interest rate such as getting a car or house/apartment.

Name three things that can improve your credit score Late payment Checking and savings Multiple credit inquires

Name three things that can hurt your credit score Bad credit. Not paying the bill on time. Recently drained savings.

A credit score combined with income will effect your ability to purchase things Make sure you have money in your checking account and it not drained out. Make sure you pay all of your late payments on time so it want be late.

What effect do credit score and income potential have on your day to day life? You need to know what’s require in the real life so you can be prepared when its time basically your senior year of high school is what’s taking place.

Comments about the project and suggestions for the future.. I really enjoyed doing this project it really helped me a lot, I can get prepared for the real world.
