Each press supported by own dryer and delivery system, mold temperature control components and computer controlled processing system.  No heater or short cut method is followed to get the ideal mold temperature.  Our injection presses are constantly utilized by fire fighting, hazardous breathing, immunity, aerospace, computer, dental, construction, and fiber optic industry.

 Our design team constantly works on components that maximise the potential of selected resins while minimising the cost f production.  Common resins like Celestran TPU’s, Nylon, Polycarbonate, Polyester, ABS and APS-PC Blends on daily basis.  Engaged in production of components requiring many with modifiers such as Carbon, Glass, Stainless Steel, Brass, Iron Oxide and Flame Retardants.
