FreeClone™ Seamless Cloning kit enables the simultaneous and directional cloning of 2 or more PCR fragments, consisting of any sequence, into any linearized vector, typically in 20 minutes, without extra DNA sequences, restriction endonucleases, or ligation.The only thing requires for the kit is the DNA fragments contain ~15-50 base pair overlap with adjacent DNA fragments.clones construction
